The QA engineers are responsible for our international quality standard during the whole life cycle of our products and during the manufacturing process. This process is starting already in the first design phase of new products in close co-operation with Re- search & Development, selection and qualification of suppliers for the material used, frequent supplier audits, incoming goods inspection, process control, outgoing control and field monitoring after the products have been sold to our customers. The equipment used (including the equipment in our test laboratories) represent the latest state of art and can be considered as the most advanced and sophisticated equipment installed in China. Our QA staff is highly motivated and is the major driving force to ensure reliable and excellent performance of our products during the complete life cycle even under ex- treme environmental conditions. The staff has been trained in Germany and enjoys Know How exchange with Siemens on regular basis.
