Since January 2001, the company is operating under the name of Infinite Shanghai Communication Terminals Ltd. (ISCT) as a Sino-American Joint Venture between Shanghai Video and Audio Corp., Shanghai and Viditec Inc., Texas, USA.

The main business scope of ISCT is to develop, manufacture and sell analogue phones, broadband products, GSM products and various wireless communication products to the Chinese domestic market as well as to the international market through the well-established Siemens global sales network. ISCT also cooperates with Viditec, USA to develop high tech communication products applying broadband technology, including cable modem and IP phone.
