Infinite Shanghai Communication Terminals Ltd was established on May 18th, 1995 under the name of Siemens Communication Terminals Ltd located in Shanghai. Since January 2001, the company is operating under the current name (ISCT) as a Sino-American Joint Venture between Shanghai Video and Audio Corp. and Viditec Inc., Texas, USA.

　　The business scope of ISCT is to develop, manufacture and sell Siemens and SVA phones to the Chinese domestic market and as well as to the internation market through the well-established sales network. In additional, the company is introducing technology from Viditec, USA, developing and producing high-tech network access equipments, complete range of network switching products and security products.

　　ISCT plays an important role in Chinese telephone market and Siemens global telephone business. Siemens series phones have occupied a substantial market share in mid-high segment of domestic market. Moreover, 75% of ISCT output has been exported to more than 50 counties.

　　In the new millennium, in order to meet the expanding demand on the data communication market, with the brand image of SVA group, ISCT has put forward SVA branded products, including SVA cable modem, SVA network products (including Infinite series of Ethernet switches and U-Trust series of network security appliances), and SVA telephone.

　　ISCT obtained the ISO 9002 certification in September 1998 and has been granted the ISO 9001 Certification in 2000，ISO9001 Certification version 2000 and ISO14001 Environmental Management System in 2003.
